Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or upgraded products supplied by American Data Technology, Inc. by sending a request to privacy@localweb.com. Such requests must include their domain name and contact information. The grounds on which American Data Technology, Inc. may take such action may include, but are not limited to, the actual or potential violations of American Data Technology, Inc.'s Terms of Use (Acceptable Use Policy).
